HARRIS & HARRIS GROUP NOTES AGILE MATERIALS AND TECHNOLOGIES PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT

Harris & Harris Group, Inc. noted that Agile Material and Technologies, Inc. (www.agilematerials.com) announced today its family of coplanar analog phase shifters. These products are the first in a series that enable commercial and military RF communications manufacturers to decrease significantly the number of components required for multi-mode systems, reducing device size, power consumption, complexity and cost. Agile's new phase shifters are manufactured using the company's proprietary, tunable advanced thin-film ferroelectric material, Barium Strontium Titanate (BST).

Harris & Harris Group owns a 8.15 percent fully diluted interest in Agile.
