On pages 18-19, Jesko von Windheim, CEO of Nextreme Thermal Solutions, Inc., is interviewed in the "Q&A.;" Harris & Harris has invested $500,000 in Nextreme.

On page 23, Small Times lists the six "U.S.-based nanotechnology companies [that] secured funding in early 2005." Of the six rounds of financing, Harris & Harris Group led or participated in four: we led the Nanomix round and participated in NanoOpto's and Nantero's, and we were the sole institutional investor in Starfire Systems, Inc.'s.

On Page 49, Small Times lists the nine small tech deals ("small tech" encompasses what we refer to as "tiny tech," i.e., microsystems and microelectromechanical systems as well as nanotechnology), announced between February 7 and March 23, 2005. Of the nine, as noted above, Harris & Harris Group led and/or participated in four. Only one other venture capital firm was listed as participating in as many as two.
