Shareholders of Harris & Harris Group may be interested to know that Palladium Equity Partners, LLC, has committed to invest up to $10 million in Starfire Systems through the acquisition of preferred stock in a private placement. Starfire Systems is a developer and manufacturer of nanostructured advanced ceramic materials and finished products.
